My complaint:

I’ve been in the store a few times recently. Several staff were not wearing masks. The last time I went, the store manager or supervisor was not only not wearing a mask, but yelling as well. It was in a joking manner but she was so loud. She was yelling at a customer trying to use a card in the machine. She made very loud and graphic comments comparing inserting the card to sexual actions. I am no prude, but I was appalled. I live the store but I’m not going to go back.

Suggested solution:

This is not the first time I've heard this manager be loud and rude. She is not what you want representing your company.
