Complaint: Very rude service and very unhelpful.?

My complaint:

I went to shop at this store which had no shopping carts for customer to use. One lady had one and said it belong to the manager and she had to give it back. I had to get the items I was getting and walk up to the counter put them down and go back and shop again and bring them up to the front of the counter numerous times. I’m disabled and very upset I had to do this over and over. I actually hurt my finger carrying so many items at one time. I spoke to the cashier who had an attitude and wouldn’t even response to me. After I pay I had to make numerous trips to my car to get the bags in my car. Not once was I offer help . I’m missing a soda I purchase. I think as an asthmatic and disable person I was highly discriminated cause I was not offer any help at all. The cashier had such an attitude didn’t even discounted my coupon that I had clipped. This store is really run unprofessional. It is mess and no one available to give any help.

Suggested solution:

Cashier need to be friendly. Listen to your problem. Help customers like myself who can’t carry that stuff and they need shopping carts. How can we shop without one.
