Family Dollar complaint: Very poor customer service at the corporate level

My complaint:

This store has absolutely no Carts Available to customers to do their shopping when I inquired about the lack of carts I was told That corporate will not replace carts because they are getting stolen. This is a very poorly ran store and the same day I had no cart to Use Even though I had $50 worth of merchandise when it was time for the cashier to bag up my purchases she apologized and said they had no bags and had to put all of my belongings in a large trash bag. I find this to be disgusting for a chain of stores this large. This store is in a predominantly black neighborhood and this is why I think corporate Is not concerned with these issues at this Location. I will also be posting this complaint to social media to get responses

Suggested solution:

Manage this store the exact same way stores are managed in predominantly white areas. And as far as the Shopping carts Do you like every other business in this area and put chains on your shopping carts in charge a quarter to get the carts. The lack of shopping bags to bag up customers purchases should never have happened I find it disgusting and totally unacceptable. I have never been so embarrassed as to walk out of a store with a trash bag slung over my shoulder. Oh wow I got to give you my personal information OK
