My complaint:
I shop at the Family Dollar store frequently next to my residence. Last night around 7:30pm I went to Family Dollar to get soda and toilet paper. The male Mgr. is always standing at the front door. I walked in with my six year old daughter, and we did not go to any isles the pineapple soda was in the front of the store where I could be seen. I grabbed a soda looked for candy at the register and I remembered the toilet paper. I myself ran down the isle grabbed the toilet paper, and put it on the register to pay. I paid for the items and proceeded to walk out of the store. The alarm went off. I had not took anything. I swing the bags though the alarm the bags are silent. I swing my purse my purse alarms. I hadn’t put anything in my purse. I’m offended. I honestly know that someone is monitoring and playing with my intelligence. The mgr rudely looks through my purse while I’m digging through it. He starts grabbing items out of it to see if it would go off. I’m mad enough right now to go to the police. Nothing went off but my purse, no items were in there new. I walk through it gets silent. I tried again swinging it through alarm went off. The mgr was very rude and hateful. He would not stop digging through my purse pulling out items, he went on and on. At times it would not go off, then it would that’s how I know it’s being done. I’m reporting him as very rude and unprofessional. I would like to see him terminated.
Suggested solution:
I would for someone to find out why the alarm would go off, and not go off. This was not funny to me. I would like him terminated.
