My complaint:
I live in Shreveport, Louisiana 71109. While driving on interstate 3132, One of your truck driver was driving at a high rate of speed in a 35 mile curve that merged onto 3132 in the right lane. My husband and myself were in the left lane of the truck driver. He never looked in his side mirror to see us and almost wrecked his truck into us. My husband blew his horn to warn him that we were there and to be carful. The young man stuck his hand out the window and gave us the finger. I told my husband to slow down so I can write the license plate number down front and back. The young man began to curse at us after he saw what we were doing. The front of the license plat was Texas 0600588 and we slowed down to get the back license plate. which is A469673 North Carolina. I told my husband that i would report it because this person is a danger on the interstate and could hurt someone with his dangerous driving. He does not represent your company well as a driver on the interstate and highways. There should be more training done. My initial thought was to just go home and pray for this person which I did anyway.
Suggested solution:
They should council this person about his reckless driving and his behavior and professionalism while driving on the road. He he would have just apologize instead of giving us the finger, I wouldn't be writing to you about this.
