My complaint:
I went into family dollar and the manager Melissa would not allow me to buy microban and Lysol without an argument. She also told me I couldn’t buy paper towel and microban together. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She doesn’t need to be working there or go to class to learn how to people. She stated she doesn’t have a problem with agruing with people and if don’t like it I can leave the store. She allowed my Caucasian co worker to buy whatever she want and I have the receipt.
Suggested solution:
Suspend her or fire her
