My complaint:
This is the worst experience ive had at a family dollar location. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. Shes always complaining about how she was sent to clean up the store but its worse than before. She always posting signs on the door saying closing early 5pm or 530pm once even at 4pm. Shes always accepting personal calls during transactions and is just very unprofessional. She has zero respect for guest or employees. overall i decided to not shop at this location.
Suggested solution:
Give the manager a course in customer service or get her out of there. She is a bad representation of the company.
