My complaint:
Your manager should not be a manager she needs to be fired she very unprofessional her name is sparkle. She owns your Family Dollar because she said it’s her store and she does what she wants to in her store. You can also contact the other store on 8 mile and asked assistant manager of the encounter that I had with the young lady she’s proof I was on the phone talking to their store at the time of the managers, rude and unprofessional behavior.
Suggested solution:
She should be terminated and not allowed to work with the public
