My complaint:
On Fri. April 16th I was.in process of buying a truck of facebooks marketplace . I was.instucked to buy four $200eBay gift cards for payment of the truck. So o yo dollar gen.and they would only sake two gift cards so than I go to family dollar to but the two .so I pat for the two gift cards
And go home to contact seller of the truck to see what todo next . I thought before I send the cards u want prove . so asked seller yo send picture prove.of title if the truck and price contract showing ebay was ton handle the cash transfer for said truck . I dint hear back from seller.or so called EBay . And still have not . so u go on fins out they tring to rip me off
So I contact the real eBay gift cars SRAM at eBay the instrucked that they can’t refound the cards because they didnt sale the cards . for.me to take back to the as long as cards hace not been scatcjed on the back where pun number.located . and have recipt . the cards are just like eBay said . I dodmt kmow tell after paid for cards u want refoundy cash . untell I see receipt because that’s not on dollar gen. Receipt thety refounded my cash today . no where in ur store mor did cashier telle u will not rrgound my caah only after I paid for thwm a see receipt that u want. From everything I find most all store yjay sale.eBay gift cards a giving the refunds because of all the acrams wirh ebay cards now I out off $400 dollars I was to use to buy a car because u want refound me. I am on SSI cant afford to loss this much I need to so I can get a car . have yo ask for rides . are there any way u can see to giving me ey cash back please
Cards are just like I got them have not been touched . if u can see to do this please make shure to let the Family Dollar know ahead of time . so I don’t have any trouble . Sorry message was so long bit wanted yo let u know the reason I am asking u for this
