My complaint:
Asked regular employee that I know if it was ok to use bathroom. She said yes, just let Brittany , Mgr know. Brittany, Mgr said No I cannot use bathroom it was out of order. Brittany lied said that the bathroom was out of order. Employee already said it was Ok for me to use bathroom ( I am regular customer know regular employee. so mot just a ranfom customer u cannot trist in back area) I already knew bathroom was not out of order. WHEN U LIE U ALWAYS GET CAUGHT. IF BRITTANY LYING ABOUT BATHROOM OUT OF ORDER WHEN SHE KNEW IT WAS NOT THEN U CANNOT TRUST HER.
Family Dollar needs to fire Brittany as she is on Power Trip has forgotten that its her customers that pay her salary. It is more important to Brittsny Mgr to let me know she was in charge vs helping customer who had bathroom emergency. I asked her if bsthroom was out of order? Where does she go to bathroom? She said Customer bathroom was out of order not employee bsthroom. And No I could not use employee bathroom.
I went next door to Big Lots used their bathroom. When I was done using Big Lots bathroom, I spent $50 bought 2 box fans.
Because I had to leave Family Dollar Store tp go else where to bathroom then I will spend my $$ at stores that help me if I am having bathroom emergency.
FAMILY DOLLAR MISSED OUT ON $50 SALE PLUS I REFUSE TO SHOP AT THAT STORE AGAIN.
BRITTANY LIED BY SAYING CUSTOMER BATHROOM WAS OUT OF ORDER WHEN SHE KNEW IT WAS NOT OUT OF ORDER. SHE WAS ALSO RUDE. APPARENTLY STOCKING SHELVES BEING RUDE TO CUSTOMERS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HELPING CUSTOMERS. U CAN GET MONKEYS ROBOTS TO STOCK SHELVES.
Brittany NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I ASSUME SHE IS NOT JUST RUDE TO ME BUT EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS ALIKE.
FAMILY DOLLAR NEEDS TO HIRE MYSTERY SHOPPERS TO PROVE HOW RUDE MGRZ ARE TO CUSTOMERS.
Suggested solution:
Fire Brittany Mgr for lying to customers for being rude . When clearly a 63 yr old white woman who is regular customer is no threat to store if she went to bathroom alone.
