My complaint:
On 12222020, at 430pm I had an item being held behind the register and when I returned to get the item a worker named Heidi was putting the item back. When I asked her if I can have them that I had the item being held for me. She REFUSED!!!
because she told me she was putting them back !!
After speaking with a supervisor. HEIDI yelled im not here to assist no CUNT when I turned around and asked her who she was disrespecting she came down the aisle as if she was going to attack me asking me if I wanted to fight!!! A customer grabbed her and my cousin had to get infront of her because she was in attack mode! It is on camera..I would really like something done about this how does staff treat customers like this ??
Suggested solution:
This crew member really deserves suspension or to be fired for the way she treats customers!!!
