My complaint:
I tried to reach out to the DM and she refuses to answer me back. This store is always messy and unorganized. She knows about it and does nothing about it. This is not her only store that looks like this. I use to work for family dollar (13years) and I have helped that store out many times over those years and I have never seen it that bad before. Should she even be a DM?? Her name is Niki Mast and she is the worst DM ever. I feel bad for the customers that have no choice but to shop there in these conditions. Also I have more than one photo but it’s only allowing one.
Suggested solution:
My honest opinion, have the DM run that store for a few weeks. She should know how to run a store first before she should be running a district. That store use be 2 million store! I bet it’s barely a 1 million store which is so sad. There is so much potential in that store, it just needs the right support from upper management.
