My complaint:

Bought a 6pack of socks and had to go back to the store to have them take the tag off because they had left it on. They hardly ever give you a receipt and didnt think i needed it since i go there 3-4 times a week. Once again, they forgot to put my socks back in the bag. I returned to pick them up and the girl named MARISOL wouldnt give them to me even after she called the employee who had helped me and ed it was true what i was saying. I told her i wasnt sure if they were the 8 or 6 dollar pack but id settle for the cheapest ones and she continued to say WELL I CANT JUST LET U GRAB SOMETHING, WALK OUT OF MY STORE JUST LIKE THAT…..And to top it off she said it infront of other customers Completely HUMILIATING ME. So she kept the item. She needs to be fired.

Suggested solution:

Fire her , have her return my item. I DID FIND THE RECEIPT WHEN I GOT HOME. BY

This is disgusting. That employee should never have kept your items. It goes to show that employers dont take two minutes to full evaluate the moral integrity of certain employees . She has no business having any lead position. She basically committed theft. No class, non educated and no moral ethics. Worthless employee.
