My complaint:
The store manager Tonya put her nose In an employees family business and helped her run away she bought her a phone and put time on it and bought her a pack of cigarettes my daughter is only 18 the legal age in Virginia is 21 to buy cigarettes so she provided a under age person a pack of cigarettes and has been allowing her to buy them as an under age person. And she knows where my daughter is and will not provide me her dad with the location of her as a boss and a store manager she has went way out of her way and put her nose where it doesn’t belong also she carries a hand gun in her purse in the store in which she has shown myself and my brother it is a 38 snub your store sells alcohol and cigarettes not sure but I don’t believe she is supposed to carry it at work. I’m also contacting the ATF About her buying the cigarettes for my daughter witch is under 21 years old and carrying a hand gun in the store where alcohol is sold. Thank for you time.
Suggested solution:
Probably suspend or terminate this manager for providing cigarettes to a minor and over stepping her roll as a boss and carrying a firearm in the store witch im sure against company policy
