My complaint:
My phone was left on the counter at the above location. I called last night during hours and have been calling ALL day with NO answer. I also called corporate and unable to speak to anyone. This is unacceptable. This is supposed to be a customer oriented business and that has hardly been the case. I expect a call ASAP otherwise we are going to report this to the local police. We did a location search on the phone and it travelled from Family Dollar to a specific location. We did record this as well. I am hoping for a peaceful resolution.
