My complaint:
I had just came into the store in this location I went to the back grabbed a box of tissues for my severely sick fiance then proceeded to the front and got in line as I was in line I was asked by the store cashier about a half eaten bag of chips I had bought from the gas station across the street that was sticking out of my pocket and I had a coffee in my hand also I had bought at the gas station then some older Spanish lady that must of just started working there because I go to this store almost every day told me to take it out of my pockets I told her very nicely that I don’t have to and to check the cameras if your accusing me of stealing she said she doesn’t have to to put the tissues back to grab my money from the cashier and get the F out of the store before she causes me physical harm and continued threatening me and harassing me in front of many people and continued her on slaught she refused to tell me her name and I had called the store and another male employee hung up the phone on me on purpose amd refused to give me there name this is so unprofessional and i think i am going ti press charges for the embarrassing and invisible phycological injury this employee has caused me and i require this employee gets reprimanded and fired fir her actions and for not giving me her name
Suggested solution:
I want this woman fired as I can tell she does this alot without any fear fir repercussions and lack of respect for customers as she should not be working in customer service
