My complaint:
This is the third complaint I’ve done on Family Dollar. This is the third time a manager at Family Dollar harassed me and followed me in the store regarding my service animal. I have filed this complaint due to the dehumanizing and belittling of each Family Dollar manager chords me I have left every facility crying upset and unable to drive for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. I have never gotten a reply from anyone from Family Dollar. This is against Texas law and I want to prevent other people with disabilities this hardship.
Suggested solution:
I believe we can resolve this bye apprehending the three managers a retraining them regarding service animals and how to handle people with service animals. We are a disabled people and are being discriminated against by Family Dollar managers and this must be stopped
