My complaint:
I was walking out of store to go locate a basket because there were none in store. As I’m going out of the store through the door that reads “Out” two employees were walking inside as both of them were out in parking lot talking with someone at a vehicle in parking lot. I tried to open the door going out this employee push the door closed as she was opening the other door when she had door open, I guess she assumed I was leaving the store basically gave me an ugly look said excuse you! I walked out grabbed a basket walked back in. She had to check me out, she never looked at me, didn’t acknowledge me as a customer. She rang me out handed my receipt, started talking to the man behind me. She never greeted me, never thanked me for shopping nor greeted me leaving. I’m guessing I was opposite of her race it was an issue for her. Because who tells another person walking out of the store through the correct door leading out, excuse you in such an ugly tone? People walk in doors while others are walking out of the opposite door. I don’t see where there should have been an issue.
Suggested solution:
Employee should be disciplined, as she needs to know that without customers, she wouldn’t have her job. So, if she treats customers shopping there the way she treated me walking out the door, why would anyone want to shop there?! No one shops there she has no job there. I won’t be back at this store, the employees are always rude, they never where they should be the store is always dirty cluttered!
