My complaint:

As I was walking to the register I saw the associate blow his nose. He did not sanitise his hands. When I got to the register I ask him to please sanitise his hands. He was very offended. He stated that he didn’t blow his nose into his hands, he used paper. I told him it didn’t matter he should still sanitize his hands. I said: You don’t wipe with your hands when you use the bathroom, but still wash, don’t you.He accused me of having a bad day. I told him I was going to tell his manager and he said: Go ahead, I don’t care.

Suggested solution:

Associates need to learn it's not personal when someone asks them to sanitise their hands. Some people are very diligent when it comes to sanitizing. Dont get nasty with a customer about cleanliness.
