My complaint:
I purchase a Pepsi 2!liter bc it stated 2$ and cherry Pepsi 2.50. I seen that the order rang up for 2.30. I told the cashier Jakoya I think that was there name, any how a manager was called. She walked up like what now smh I still proceeded and stated the Pepsi ringing up wrong price. She said well that’s what it is you want or not. I’m like excuse me(shocked in her arrogance) I said what you like to walk with me to see the sign or see it in my phone. She said no I don’t need to do all that I don’t have anything to do with the tags and my store mgr not here. I stated that but you are the acting mgr in charge right? She proceeded to say she not doing all that do you want it or not! I was like Wow you won’t even acknowledge to walk and see the price or look at it in my phone. Then I asked her, her name bc of her rude behavior as a back up manager. She turned her name tag toward me and pointed showing Jewel and did stated that it may be Julia or something in corporate office like if I’m so many words no one will do anything to her or say anything to her about her unprofessionalism as a manager! I still purchase the item bc I didn’t feel like driving to redan rd family dollar even though the tags was wrong.
Suggested solution:
Follow up with me as a customer to show me that kind of unprofessionalism is not tolerated, and reimburse me my change.
