My complaint:

went in to get cat food and dog food the manager not wearing a mask there were 9 people in line and i ask don’t you have any other cashiers no we don’t wow you got a line you would think someone else in the store could help I said some of us worked all day, When I got up to the register she said if you don’t like it shop somewhere else i asked to see a manager as 10 cans of cat food were falling and she said I am the manager I said really you don’t need the business she said I am refusing you service I am 62 years old wearing a hot mask she is not and she is treating me like a child I have lived all my life in Fountain I will be giving verbal complaints to everyone that listens we try to support local businesses guess I will be driving the 4 miles to Walmart she should not be working without a face cover I will be calling health department and state buildings tomorrow oh and she would not give me corporates numbers

Suggested solution:

you need a better-trained manager one that can work with people, and keep your business booming. One that has respect for your customers
