My complaint:
I was just in your family dollar in Blackwood unfortunately I have a medical condition that causes me not to be able to wear a mask. I explained this to you manager and she got nasty with me and told me I was not allowed in the store with out a mask I explained again that I have a medical condition she then would not allow me to buy my female products and told me I could come back tomorrow for the 1st hour of opening. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have called the township police cause I’m aware that I am allowed to shop as needed
Suggested solution:
Please explain to your employees that they can not refuse service to people that have medical condition. I didn’t ask to have a medical issues I do over a mask. I will NOT be Shopping with your company after how I was treated today
