My complaint:

Bought a prepaid Verizon moto e6 and $40 Verizon card. Could not activate. Took it back to the store and asked for advice from the mgr who sold it to me and she just got rude and refused help

Suggested solution:

They should fire her, unless that's a normal way for store managers to treat senior citizens.
