My complaint:

I went to the store today on Bridgewood in Fort Worth and Desiree Washington was the manager. I was told that items still in there original wrapping and boxing are non refundable without a receipt. She refused to tell me the district manager phone number and refused my refund. I tried to show her that i just made the purchase three days ago and her replied was that she didn’t’ care. No receipt no refund. I didn’t want my money back i just wanted other items but now i want my money back and well as so THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS CORRECT compensation.
