My complaint:

As I went to walk down the Christmas aisle the manager stood at the end watching his cashier look for an item for a customer on the phone. I patiently waited and then I said excuse me may I go down there. He looked at me and said “ I think there is enough room” . I would have been no more than 6 inches from him if I went forward down that aisle. He should have said Sorry or let me move over or anything but wanting me to actually walk past him . I walked down a different aisle and never shopped the seasonal aisle. I then go to the baking section and there is a male approximately 30 years old with 2 children and he has no mask on and not even one on his chin. I go to the cashiers and ask what the managers name “ Roman” . I support this store because I wanted to see it survive. I can go a couple miles down the road to the grocery store with no problem.Roman also likes to wear his mask below his nose. He is very un personal and carries on quite the conversations with his staff while cashing customers out . As you see this compliant has been building up but his rudeness has gone too far today.

Suggested solution:

I would give him a written progressive warning.
