My complaint:
When I walked up to the cash register no one there, so I waited a min to see if someone would come up to the register, I saw a man walking that way but turned around acting like he didn’t see me (I was with 2 other people standing there as well) so we rang the bell that is at the register. Still nothing when we rang it again Mosies (the cashier) rudely stated “he said he will be right there” I’m sorry but if you saw customers there waiting and then walk off and still refuse to help then get a attitude when we ring the bell then you shouldn’t be working in retail! The store wasn’T busy and he was over talking with another coworker!
Suggested solution:
Train better customer service!
