My complaint:
I am a frequent shopper at the Family Dollar Store or the red dollar store as my family calls it since there are so many dollar general stores in the Umatilla Altoona Fl area. I am a professional that practices and encourages my staff to practice positive customer service. Your associate Mary was the rudest associate that I have ever experienced. Not only was she unprofessional she was totally rude demeaning to me. After my purchase (which is many) I had a small family dollar basket full of heavy purchases I was walking to my car with the basket with all intentions of returning the basket as the basket was full I had milk. My car was parked directly in front of the store. After I had exited the store was well on my way to the car she yelled loudly “Lady get back here now with the basket” I attempted to explain to her that my hands were full my intention was to bring the basket back she continue to berate me in font of the store. I will not be returning to any of the Family Dollar Store moving forward my allegiance will be to Dollar General Stores or as my family will call the “yellow dollar store” I would suggest you give Mary more customer servicesensitivity training as to avoid other loyal customers.

Mary needs customer service training ASAP.
