My complaint:

WENT TO RETURN A PHONE CHARGER THAT DIDNT WORK WITH THE RECEIPT DIDNT NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE THIS IS THE SECOND ONE THAT DIDNT WORK , STORE MANAGER RUDE AND I ALSO ASKED IF I COULD AT LEAST EXCHANGE FOR ANTOTHER ITEM TOLD ME NO, THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER WHEN I SHOP IN THIS STORE DAILY RETURN POLICY NEEDS TO CHANGE OR THERE WILL BE MORE COMPLAINTS
