My complaint:
i bought a universal remote for my tv , but it doest not work and the store refuse to give me my money back , manger said because of the 2020 virus , there is no sign in the store say this, but why are they selling things if they they didnot clean the items them self . who want to give them free money for they junk
Suggested solution:
give me my return ,money back and they need to post thru out the store of they new law they made
