My complaint:
I brought a little tike basketball hoop for a gift for someone and they had one so I went to return it my receipt is ripped in the corner of it but all the information is on it the lady with blond hair that works there ask me if I had the card that I paid for it with as she is checking out the item she dancing to loud music playing in the store she told me I need to come back tomorrow because she can’t give me a refund she never mention store credit you need to watch the Camaro as I say her why do I need to wait until tomorrow she said the barcode is not coming up she printed something out I ask what is that and she was screaming at me talking with her hands up in my face I told her to put her hands down you are supposed to be a professional she called me mam and threading to call police on me you need to check the camera this was about 7:10 tonight 121922
