My complaint:

I have called Family Dollar regarding a refund for an online order that i placed and nobody seemed to be able to help. I even got redirected to associates who remembered me calling and for some reasons, nobody seemed to know what to do. I was supposed to pick up an order at the order, i received an email when my order supposedly arrived (December 4th) until this day my order never got to the store. These customer service representatives need to know more about the services

Suggested solution:

I just need a refund at this point.
