My complaint:
I bought a vacuum cleaner for my daughter and she tried to return it. They would not issue refund because she needed my card ., she also purchased a different vacuum cleaner. I took to the store for a refund on 1252021 was treated rudely and unfair by a member of management by the name of Joy. I just want my money back there is nothing wrong with the vacuum cleaner. your Returnrefund policy states i can and will be refunded within 30 days with the original receipt.
Suggested solution:
Just give me my money back as the returnrefund policy states and teach employees abut kindness and appearance. The manger looked as if she was on some type of drugs .
