My complaint:
On 04202023 at Family Dollar store 11860 @ 9:23am — a family Dollar store employee (female, African American, long hair) was driving into the parking lot and almost hit my car with theirs, AND instead of being civil started calling me a dumb white b, then threw metal and something else at my car when attempting to get away from the emotionally unstable employee. I did call the cops via 911 to Anne Arundel County Police since objects were thrown by your employee at my car while behind the wheel- which the responding officer did actions of your employee was disorderly conduct!
I am very disheartened by the racism from your employee and the disorderly actions behind a wheel of the car right AFTER leaving your business spending $40.00 minutes before! AND to add insult to injury— the employee (or whoever it was in the red shirtblack pants) asked the officer to ban me from that store after calling ME a racist slur and derogatory, I have no faith in going in to any more family dollar stores now because of this racial misconduct from your employee— Target, Walmart, are more stores to consider my business if I as a paying customer am going to be treated this way—- what if my children who have just escaped an abusive relationship was caught up in this – this morning because Family Dollar has disorderly employeesracist managers!!
Suggested solution:
Unban me from this store (which I was racially banned) and get an email apology from the racist employee andor other suggestions
Andor should I just post my concerns about Family Dollar on yelp and social media???
