My complaint:
This is about the store at 1400 block Jackson st Sioux city Iowa… So the new boss is rude walks away from employees while there talk ing to her like ignores them also gives right ups because she gets pissed off about something she has written up three employees in the last two days for not doing there job.. when they do do there job plus some because they have to run register and and get a certain amount of u boats put away and u tell me how can that happen if ur constitutional on the register and it’s busy and u cant get away from the register also the boss is taking about 62 hours and thats taking away from the other employees also she is there from about 6 in the morning tell about quarter tell 11 every day except sunday but she does idk what cuz the only thing that looks done is third party stuff also she has said flat out shes not good with money and she nevers on register she doesn’t know how to do her end of the night stuff nor does she know how to open by herself and she never opens two times aweek or cloeses two nights a week she refuses to help the closer when she is there she doesn’t check in venders or truck than she hires a csr and than once he was hired than she has him doing nothing but freight and she is so disrespectful to her employees treats them like there below her as in less than she has said multiple times that she hates her job most of all these employees dont deserve to be treated as they are oh and
Suggested solution:
Well the employees should not dread going to work every day and worry about what today's going to bring and what and how they going to be treated remind you these women held that store down when there wasn't no management and they still holding it down because this manger doesn't know what she's doing so these lady's are doing management job so something needs to be done it's not fair for them to have to work in a hostile environment every single day and I know other customers see this kinda behavior
