My complaint:
On December 072021 the time would be 2:30 to 2:45 pm
I came in to the store to buy icecream, I
Was with my 11 year old daughter,
I grabbed a couple plastic bags to take out, when
Cashier came, he said: what are you doing you don’t speak English?, I said nothing I just grabbed the two plastic bags, I said sorry, and he started a whole argument from nowhere I said am just buying, he pushed my things to a side and took the next customer he treated me and my daughter like scum, he yelled calling the assistant, and she said to him Ernest calm down, then she said that she was calling the police, the assistant don’t speak English and so she didn’t mind what was really happening, I also noticed that they support each other and they know there are ugly customers which wasn’t the case, and so I have to leave this place with nothing, I argued to him, you working with customers I will report you and there is a camera he said I don’t care!! , my daughter was out already.
Suggested solution:
I tought that the assistant at least could ring the things I was buying, they threat me and my daughter like trash. They should not come against a customer. And teach people like Ernest to respect.
