My complaint:
All the new employees who arrive leave because there are small groups that support each other, they give more hours to the boss’s friends and they always treat the others who are not together with them badly, they give them a lot of homework and treat them badly so that they quit. so they will never have good employees
Suggested solution:
They should inspect that store but without warning, check the schedules, there are those who are part time and give them their 40 hours a week and those who are partime sometimes only 15 or 20
