My complaint:
My daughter was accused of shoplifting. She was stopped and searched. She informed them I was right outside the door in the fire lane and they continued to go through her purse. They didn’t find anything and when I was told to come back in the morning to view footage. I spoke to the manager he recorded parts on his cell phone and showed me. You could see my daughter taking nothing. I am very dissatisfied and informed him that I had been trying to contact district manager. I told him I am interested in contact a legal advisor to see if my daughter’s rights were violated and if company policy was not followed.
Suggested solution:
I would like a district manager or corporate manager to contact me.
