My complaint:

I was in the store at 7:15ish on 11122020. The employee stocking shelves has her mask hanging on her ear. I mentioned to her that is not going to protect her and she should wear it properly. She said she wasn’t afraid of getting it. I told her I am a customer and you should wear it to protect me. There were maybe 5 other customers in the store and not one was wearing a mask even though you have the door posted that it is required.
This is Montcalm County, according to the news we are one of the fastest growing counties for Corona Virus,

Suggested solution:

Please enforce the masks for the safety of everyone, even those that aren't afraid.

Family Dollar needs to close it doors, they are not following guidelines to wear masks and they refuse to refund your money for electronics. Even Walmart refund your money.
