My complaint:

I am concerned because the governor issued an executive order requiring masks while indoors and the staff and customers are not wearing masks in this store to prevent the spread of COVID. I also noticed there was nothing posted on the door to request compliance. When I brought this complaint to the staff they were ambivalent. Please ensure your store is following state policy and requiring masks at your store. This complaint is also filed with the local health department.
