My complaint:
I usually always wear my mask into this store , Yesterday 10132020 i was inthe store and noticed that 3 Hispanic men had no mask on so when i was checking out i has ask the lady why they didn’t have to wear a mask since their are like a million signs posted on the door. She said well if she tells them and they keep walking its fine .
So i live just like right behind the store and i usually walk over there. I got to the door of the store and realized i had left my mask at home . i entered the store and the lady at the register yelled at me you cannot come in without a mask . I then proceeded to tell her about these men from yesterday and she said were they Hispanic? I said yes she then said they were ok. so i then began to go future into the store and she again said no mask no service. I asked her is it because im white ?
She again said no mask no service. I left n didn’t go back.
So my question is ? Are Hispanics only alloewed to not wear mask and white people have to I am so mad. I am a very very fathful customer of family dollar and would like this resolved . I am just saying if one person has to wear mask they all should have to.
Suggested solution:
Make evryone wear a mask. or make everyone not wear a mask i just dont think its fair for one person to get service if they have no mask and the other not to get service
