My complaint:

Manager Randy wouldn’t let customer return a gift without a reciept stated it was the companies policy and refused to give me the district manager phone number . I explained it was a gift manager replied that he is corporate and everything will go through him and he makes the final decision my reply I would of liked to be able to return even if given a store credit name Michael key contact 4142546378
