My complaint:
I was just in the Lawrenceburg store in the alarm went off I spent $120 this trip I spend that about every week and the manager come running over snatched my bag out of my hand I had three bags told me to empty my pockets and take off my shoes I just had metal put in my neck and my back and she hides behind counters watching people and I was so embarrassed and I had the cops on the phone I stepped outside the door and she said you don’t ever fucking come back to my fucking store again I mean just like unbelievable and something really needs to be done about this I’m handicap I live in a building next door and there’s no other places for me to go and I was just degraded and spoke to foul and totally embarrassed by this woman
Suggested solution:
Something needs to be done with this lady she hides behind the stands watching people seeing if they're stealing I mean everybody that comes in it's just unbelievable how she is to people rude just just a nasty attitude for being in customer service and then to be the manager I told her to check your cameras check them
