My complaint:
I bought several items in your store. When returning home I realized I’d left one bag with candy 6 packs of bars. I returned to the store to get retrieve it and was told they didn’t have it. I came back home, looked again in my house and my rig and it wasn’t in either. I then called and talked to the clerk who was working there and again she said she gave me two bags but I know I only left with one. I’ve been shopping in this store for years and have even told Barb and others it was like a second home for me. I guess I’m done shopping in your store even tho I’m a senior and it’s so close to my home.
Suggested solution:
She didn't give me a receipt and even if she would have she didn't believe me so resolve it? How is a great question! I don't see any way it can be resolved except for taking my business elsewhere.
