Family Dollar complaint: In need of Immidiate Change

My complaint:

This store is notorious for closing before the store’s hours. Employees are rude in the sense that they don’t greet people, it’s not surprising if you see one or two employees on their cell phones behind the register, they don’t interact with you unless to tell you your total not even a did you find everything you were looking for. Store tends to be dirty, out of stock and unorganized. I ran there tonight as my son needed pull up training pants, my older two sons needed drinks and I needed distilled water for my CPAP but I had to carry it all in my hands because the carts were locked. It was only about 8:15-8:20 the store closes at 9. This was a lot for me to carry and it not comfortable to carry as I do have back problems and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Even so it’s too much for anybody to have to carry. Just go ahead get 4 bottles of soda, a gallon of water and a pack of pull ups and try to carry them. Mind you I am only 5’3 so not a lot of arm span. I see why a lot of people choose to go to the Giants next door and now the dollar tree in the other side. Family dollar has sentimental value for me as my mom used to get me fuzzy socks, a card, candy in a cup and school supplies as Christmas gifts when I was a young girl and she couldn’t afford much more. But my mom passed two years ago from Alzhiemer’s so those cherished memories are starting to be just that and I’m ready to just stop going to your store at least this branch.

Suggested solution:

Train employees on customer service, inpliment step by step closing procedures including how soon before closing things should be done, maybe show up at 820 on any night and see if I'm lying.
