My complaint:

According to texas TABC laws you are not required to scan my drivers license for cigarettes purchases. 1 that is giving way to much personal info to you guys to be hacked, 2 with the covid issues in this nation I dont approve of someone handling my personal things I’m over 50 years old and this is down right ridiculous. I dont mind sharing on Facebook how terrible that store is and how rude they was to me Saturday and today when I call back up there and asked how to get ahold of the district manager, as well as yals new practice to get our person information stolen from your computer systems. When all that is needed is my date of birth. That can be seen without someones hands all over my personal documents.

Suggested solution:

If someone is to young ID them as Texas laws require but dont take people's personal information. You dont need my name, dl were I live, my discretion or what class of license I have to sell me cigarettes or any other information you're trying to obtain which is personal date of birth is all you need.
