Family Dollar complaint: I don’t load enough money to my netspend card

My complaint:

I load the amount. of 500.00 dollars on my netspend card. On 09032020, but i also had the balance of 376.90 before i add the 500.00 dollars, and when i got my balance it was 826.90 which was the wrong balance, it supposed to add up to the balance of 876.90.

Suggested solution:

Give my the add of 50.00 that was not add to my card. Then the problem will be solve. If nit i am taking out a warrant again family dollar
