My complaint:

When I get off from working at DMC Hospital down the street I should be able to go into a well lit reasonably stocked store. My community should not be subjected to such deplorable conditions. I went in around 7:30 pm none there were no lights anywhere. Not the store signage or the parking lot. The liquor store next door had more lighting, and when I came out the liquor store was closed and the a area was dark only light was a distant street lamp. I went back in to complain, and I looked around at the young people working trying to keep the store in the best shape they could. I felt sad and pissed off. Where is the District support or the ones who maintain this store. Pride in stores comes from the top down. My community deserves much better than this.

Suggested solution:

1. Fix all the Damn lights.
2. Pay attention to all your store not just the ones in the suburbs or affluent areas.
3. Make it look more welcoming. I bet you’d increase your foot traffic. That store is in a up and coming gentrified area. That’ll get your attention.
