My complaint:
I was shopping in the store on Sunday Oct 12 2020. I was in the store browsing around . I had my cart full with over a $100 dollars worth of merchandise. There was a young lady that was working there that was walking past me. I politely said Do you want me to move my cart so you can get by?She totally ignored me and I heard her say she was followed by another worker I can’t take this crap again today!!! She made sure I heard her too . There was no one else in the store. Then she was walking around watching me. Unbelievable!! I left my $100 merchandise in the cart and left your store. I have shopped at that store for many many years with my mother . Never ever experienced such terrible treatment by the people that worked there. Always have had nice employees. Its a disgrace!!! Very upsetting.
Suggested solution:
Need to talk with your employees. I know what I would do. They would be gone from my establishment. You do not treat people that way. They were awful. They are not kind . They represent your BUSINESS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IM SURE THEY HAVE BEHAVED THIS WAY. YOU ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO LOSE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
VERY UPSETTING TO MY DAY.
