My complaint:
I live behind Family Dollar store 9364 and the alarm has been intermittedly going off and on for two weeks now. I am sick of being woken up at night several times by this annoyance. I’ve contacted the store and talk with the employees, but the manager never wants to talk over the phone. I demand that this get fixed NOW!
Suggested solution:
Troubleshoot the alarm system to prevent further false alarms.
