My complaint:
This establishment is selling $1 garden fences, J attempted to purchase 10. Upon arriving at the register I was informed that they couldn’t sell me said items due to them false advertising them for a penny (1¢) So i drove a half an hour in 100° weather to be told no because a company mistake. As a whole, this company should be doing better and less inadequate
Suggested solution:
Make sure the price is right and do not false advertise resulting in disappointed customers. If customer service is a 1 priority, act like it with professionalism and grace!
